Streets around La Rambla, Passeig del Born, Plaça Major, Carrer Sant Miquel, the Cathedral area, and La Lonja are particularly affected, with rolling closures in place depending on each procession route. On Thursday (Processó del Crist de la Sang) , expect the most disruption, with significant restrictions from early evening until late at night. Access is usually maintained for residents, but delays are common, and parking in the centre can be very limited. Public transport routes may also be diverted. 👉 If you’re planning to attend, it’s best to arrive early, move around on foot, and allow extra time to navigate the city.
