PHOF – Mallorca PhotoFest 2026 Mallorca’s First International Photography & Contemporary Image Festival Mallorca is set to become a major destination for contemporary visual culture as it hosts the inaugural edition of PHOF – Mallorca PhotoFest – a landmark new biennial festival dedicated to photography and the moving image, led by Art Palma Contemporani. More than a festival, PHOF is conceived as a long-term cultural project — one that combines artistic excellence with education, community engagement and a more sustainable, island-wide model of cultural tourism. Its first edition coincides with key moments in Mallorca’s cultural calendar, including the 30th anniversary of Nit de l’Art and the return of Art Cologne Palma , marking 2026 as a standout year for contemporary art on the island.
