Ritma Restaurant , located at Hotel Can Verdera in Fornalutx (adults 12+ only), has reopened its doors for 2026, inviting guests to enjoy its unique blend of Atlántico-Mediterranean cuisine, mountain views and relaxed elegance . Set above the picturesque village of Fornalutx, the Ritma Terrace Bar offers a truly special setting where nature, local ingredients and refined simplicity come together. Surrounded by the Serra de Tramuntana, the terrace provides panoramic views that make long lunches and sunset drinks feel especially memorable. Led by chef Marcos Servera , the kitchen focuses on seasonal produce from Mallorca combined with Galician influences , creating dishes that celebrate both regions.
