This evening workshop blends aperitivo culture, traditional recipes, and hands-on cooking , offering a deeper look into Mallorca’s culinary rituals. 🍸 The Aperitivo Ritual Start with a classic Mallorcan vermouth and “banderilla” — a traditional bite of olives, anchovies, and chilli — while discovering local preservation techniques and flavours.
