Procesión del Entierro & Semana Santa 2026 (Sineu)
📍 Through the streets of Sineu This solemn nighttime procession is one of the most emblematic moments of the week. Dozens of confraternities (confraries) , traditional figures, and religious images move slowly through the town, accompanied by live music from bands across Mallorca — including Sineu, Montuïri, Porreres, and Algaida. ✨ A standout moment takes place in Plaça de l’Església , where the image of the Mare de Déu de la Soledat is received with a live performance of Ave Maria (Schubert) , creating an unforgettable atmosphere of emotion and reverence. ✨ This year also features the Joc de Ministrils del Consell de Mallorca , adding a unique historical and ceremonial dimension to the procession.

Opening: “Mar y Tierra” (Rialto Living)
📍 Rialto Living, Palma Rialto Living presents Mar y Tierra , a new exhibition by Maria Adlersson – a warm and expressive exploration of Mallorca’s landscapes and everyday poetry. In this latest body of work, the artist steps away from the geometric compositions that have defined her recent years, embracing a freer and more intuitive approach. Light brushstrokes, open forms, and floating motifs create a sense of movement and ease, echoing the rhythm of island life. Inspired by Mallorca’s rolling landscapes, flora, fauna, and simple daily objects, her palette is deeply rooted in the earth – terracotta, umber, rust, and olive tones – gently lifted by the blues of sky and sea. Working with a mixed technique of acrylic, vinyl, chalk, and varnish, Adlersson allows the raw linen canvas to remain visible in places, adding texture and honesty to each piece. 🌟 Join us for the opening – Meet the artist and discover this new collection on Thursday, 9 April, from 17:00 to 19:00 at Rialto Living.
