This evening workshop blends aperitivo culture, traditional recipes, and hands-on cooking , offering a deeper look into Mallorcaβs culinary rituals. πΈ The Aperitivo Ritual Start with a classic Mallorcan vermouth and βbanderillaβ β a traditional bite of olives, anchovies, and chilli β while discovering local preservation techniques and flavours.
